In the Shadow of His Wings by Renee Laws

Psalm 17:6-8
6 I am praying to you because I know you will answer, O God. Bend down and listen as I pray.
7 Show me your unfailing love in wonderful ways. By your mighty power You rescue those who seek refuge from their enemies.
8 Guard me as You would guard your own eyes. Hide me in the shadow of your wings.

Oh my, what days we are living in!

This virus has been referred to as the “invisible enemy”. May I remind you, what may be invisible to our human eyes, is very visible to our Father’s eyes! We pray to Him knowing He will answer. We seek protection from Him knowing He will protect! His answer and His protection doesn’t promise there will be no troubles nor pain but it does promise He will never leave us nor forsake us. He is and will be with us. He will rescue us! And there is no better place to be during this pandemic, than in the shadow of His wings.

I pray, that as a church, this time of separation will unite us as never before.
